● $15,000 Team Leader Cap (declines $1,000 annually down to $10,000)
● $15,000 Team Member Cap (declines $1,000 annually down to $10,000)
● No Team Split requirement
● No production minimum
● Team Leader and Team Members will have access to an Area Leader Mentor
Traditional Team
A lower cap for the team members without a minimum production requirement.
● $15,000 Team Leader Cap (declines $1,000 annually down to $10,000)
● $10,000 Team Member Cap (does not decline)
● $99 monthly tech fee for Team Members
● Low Team Split requirement
● No production minimum
Power Team
For high production teams with a minimum of 140 total sold units OR $40 million in total volume, collectively.
● $15,000 Team Leader Cap (declines $1,000 annually down to $10,000)
● $5,000 Team Member Cap (does not decline)
● $99 monthly tech fee for Team Members
● Low Team Split requirement
●Transaction Fee is capped at $250 per transaction
Family Team
A team specifically designed for Families.

Team Leaders will have full visibility of their Team Members’ transactions & performance. Team Leaders or approved support staff may request an enhanced transaction management option that provides full access to Team Member transactions.
